Returns + Exchanges
Exchange Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 14 business days from the date of delivery for an EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.
While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for EXCHANGE.
To initiate an exchange, simply email us at roxysenchantedgifts@gmail.com with your order # within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once the exchange has been approved the product must be received back to us within 14 days.
- We offer store credit for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
It is imperative for all exchanges for the customer to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number to ensure a refund. We are not liable for goods not returned to us.
Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All returns MUST meet the following criteria:
☆ Unworn and unaltered
☆ All tags must be attached
☆ No other signs of being worn
☆ The item(s) should be returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact.
